Shaqued Morag is the Europe Representative for The Platform.
Morag is a human rights activist with a background in both grassroots and political work. In 2010, she joined Mahapach Taghir, a Jewish-Palestinian feminist group, as coordinator of the Jerusalem communities, and remained as a Board Member until 2023.
From 2013-2018, Morag held various positions within the Meretz party, including interim Secretary-General and parliamentary advisor. She then went to serve as Executive Director of Peace Now, the veteran Israeli peace movement committed to achieving a two-state solution and ending the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Morag has represented The Platform in Brussels since October 2023.
